Medicare Express: Dialer Setup Guide
Before You Begin
To use the new AWS Connect Dialer, ensure:
- You're active and green in the Instant Meetings vertical and you have available Instant Meeting funds.
- You're using a laptop or desktop with Google Chrome (not compatible with phones or Safari). We recommend you being at your desk to receive phone calls.
Step-by-Step Setup
1. Login to the Web App
- Go to: https://pwa.medicareexpress.com/
- Enter your phone number on file.
- Enter the code sent via text.
2. Navigate to the Dialer
- From your homepage, use the left panel to select Agent Dialer, bottom of the left panel.
- The right panel should now show the dialer.
If you see an error:
- Refresh your chrome browser by "Ctrl + R" for windows, "Command + R" for mac or simply using the refresh icon in your browser.
3. Log Into Amazon Connect
- A pop up will show with an “Amazon Connect” window.
- Enter your Phone Number as the username (please reach out to us if you receive an error) and the provided password as, “Echo12345”.
4. Set Your Availability
- Click the phone icon.
- Change your status to “Available”.
5. Accept Calls
- When a consumer is ready, click “Accept Call” when prompted.
6. End Call & Disposition
- Once the call ends, click “End Call”.
- You must close the contact to be eligible for the next call.
- Go to the meeting card or Meetings tab, click “Needs Disposition”, and complete the form.
If you are stepping away or are no longer available to take calls, please make sure to update your status accordingly.
Select an appropriate status such as “Pause,” “Break,” or any similar option to ensure the system accurately reflects your availability and prevents misrouted calls.
